His first choice in protein shakes is the OptiFast 800 supplement. I have heard many complaints from other patients that this shake was not good. Some didn't like the taste, some said it was gritty. To my surprise, they are really good - REALLY! It comes in 3 flavors - chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.
